I sold my car on Car Switch within a week. Amazing experience, Car Switch takes care of everything. No hassles, no unwanted queries, very intuitive app. 

The thing to be careful of - don’t do the transaction at night. Unless you have a Riyad Bank account. Car Switch will do the transfer of the car to their name and simultaneously transfer the cash to your account. However after business hours the cash will not be credited immediately. So you will be left with a situation where the car has been transferred and you still haven’t got the cash. 

Car Switch doesn’t hand over the car to the seller but they take possession of the car. For me, I didn’t give the second key to them overnight. And they were professional enough - the supervisor called me and apologized. 

The app is amazing, they take care of everything. Human interactions and lack of banking knowledge caused a small glitch. Hence 4 stars. 

But will I go to them when I need to sell my car again the future? Absolutely.

I installed this app to purchase a car, but my experience has been disappointing. I checked two cars, both of which had significant issues that were not mentioned in the app’s report. The first car had major electronic problems—I only discovered this when I booked a test drive, as the car wouldn’t even start. The second car had a replaced windshield and had been in a severe accident, which was obvious from the body damage, yet the app only listed it as a "minor accident."

Additionally, I attempted to test drive another car, but the owner backed out at the last minute despite agreeing to my offer. To make matters worse, the representative from CarSwitch who assisted during the process barely spoke English and seemed more like a seller’s agent than a neutral mediator, pressuring buyers rather than facilitating a fair deal.

Now, when I wanted to test drive another car, CarSwitch informed me that I could no longer do so for free—I would have to pay upfront, possibly as a booking fee. This contradicts their claim of offering free test drives, making the entire process misleading.

فقط لي تعليق لما لا تحاولون تقسيط في بعض الموديلات القديمة للسيارات وتركزون ف الحديث فقط حيث ان المقيمين ليس من السهل ان يدفعون نقدا وفي نفس الوقت لا يميلون لموديلات السنة خوفا من الاقساط المرتفعة والقيمة المرتفعة

I'm an American working in Riyadh, finally got my license and went online to look at vehicles to purchase. I liked Carswitch the best reviewing the vehicles because they broke down all sections of the vehicle and broke down the cost of really what that vehicle is worth. I selected a vehicle and next day, Sammi from Carswitch contacted me and met the next day where I test drove the vehicle which was accurate from the writeup of the vehicle. Sammi guided me through the KSA apps to get my insurance and change of registration in my name. His english skills are excellant and I trusted hiim in weaving through the apps to get the vehicle I wanted and within a short time period, had the vehicle in my name. Thank you Sammi and Carswitch, I'll recommend your website to anyone coming to KSA and needing a vehicle!

3 weeks ago I listed my previous car and and it got sold and transferred to a new owner in just 3 days. 2 weeks later I placed a bid on a vehicle and just took a few days to finalize everything and get the car transferred in my name. Great app and great customer support.

Wouldn't recommend it, they lie about whether they'd list your car or not then if it doesnt get approved you'd never know unless you call them, was never told the risks of the car not being listed prior to paying, 125 riyal gone to waste

استخدمت التطبيق لبيع سيارتي وعلي الرغم من عرضها لمدة تزيد عن ٧ شهور ولا مرة تمت تجربة القيادة عن طريق الموقع مع العلم بأني قد خفضت سعر السيارة اكثر من ٤ مرات لسرعة البيع ووافقت علي اسعار منخفضة جداً وقمت بدعوة اكثر من ٢٥ مهتم بسيارتي لتجربة القيادة ولكن النتيجة صفر ولافائدة من هذا التطبيق. 

اعتقد ان كل العروض المستلمة هي عروض وهمية تتم عن طريق الذكاء الاصطناعي. تجربة للأسف سيئة ولا انصح باستخدام هذا التطبيق. ملحوظة تم البيع عن طريق موقع آخر في اقل من اسبوع.
