Love mobile app only thing is when u making a mobile deposit it need to be better at warning u that need to write on the back make it to Carter bank ! I got very frustrated I couldn’t make one , didn’t know that’s what u had to do , I don’t know why

I’ve always loved Carter Bank trust I am sad that it is no longer on ninth Street because that was very convenient here in Roanoke, and I miss the people they were genuinely friendly every time! Dana Lori all of them even Jennifer when she was there, ! Always very helpful!
