Could not proceed because any format of my birthdate inputted was deemed invalid. There was not suggested format in the app, so it was basically rendered useless to me today.

App won’t accept any format of DOB. Also needs to be updated to fit apples format of apps that were supposed to be updated 3 years ago when the iPhone X came out.

I tried various date formats to input my date of birth and none were considered valid according to the app. No format was suggested by the app so I was unable to proceed. I ended up not doing the QuickScreen through the app because of this.

I’ve attempted to enter my date of birth in several formats and it won’t take any of them. I guess I get to look forward to answering all of these questions and stuff in the comfort of a tiny enclosure on the bus today.
