Reclamé por varios medios, seguí todas las indicaciones que me dieron, pero finalmente me informaron que no había solución. Solicité una tarjeta temporal como mínimo, pero tampoco me la proporcionaron. Ante esta situación, he comenzado una campaña para recolectar firmas: ya llevo más de 5,000 apoyos para exigir que TMB se responsabilice por las tarjetas virtuales que han caducado injustamente. No me detendré aquí: pienso llevar el caso hasta las últimas instancias, incluyendo la defensoría, y difundiré esta situación en redes sociales. Pagué más de 40 euros por una tarjeta que apenas pude usar. Cada viaje posterior he tenido que pagarlo aparte, sufriendo un perjuicio económico grave. Considero esto un robo y una estafa. Amazing that there are three separate apps and none of them work. Utter incompetence. Literally the only thing they should have done is offered it through Apple Wallet. How an app this bad is allowed to be released is beyond me. Essentially you need NFC to be able to use the app to travel. But…. But when you launch the app it freezes at the start up screen. Nothing else happens. I understand that Apple restricts NFC access for transit apps to EU regions. However, it might be worth reconsidering publishing the app on the US App Store if it is not usable by travelers from outside the EU. Having the app available globally creates confusion for international visitors who download it expecting it to work, only to find it freezes or fails to function. This leads to frustration and negative reviews, which I’m sure is not your intention. Perhaps adding a clear note in the App Store description explaining that “This app only works for iPhones set to an EU region due to Apple NFC restrictions” or restricting availability to EU countries would help set proper expectations. ## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Set your App Store region to Spain! *2025-01-03, version 1.0.1* I couldn’t get the app to work, but the TMB team on Facebook messenger helped me figure it out. Turns out I had downloaded the e-wallet app using my USA App Store account, and the app needs to be downloaded from the Spain region App Store in order to work properly.
