Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A makes available to all customers who have signed a CartissimaQ8 contract, the App that allows you to:

- refuel digitally thanks to the Pay function;
- recharge electric cars on a vast network of columns spread throughout the national territory
- geolocalize and search for outlets and electric columns and filter them by products, type of system or column
- view the personal information and the details of the transactions carried out;
- block and unblock cards;
- view and customize PINs;
- view and download invoices;
- view the Alerts generated by each card.

### 3/5 — Difficile per un uso professionale

Iniziamo dal fatto che ogni 2x3 si disconnette e si deve reinserire nome utente e password, la vera difficoltà dell’app é la ricarica elettrica. Innanzitutto non sono molte le colonnine disponibili perché credo che la carta utilizzi esclusivamente le colonnine Enel X way e ultimamente mi pare EVVIVA. Poi la vera difficoltà è l’utilizzo cerebrale dell’app per trovare una colonnina, individuarla e utilizzarla. Sì parte dalla mappa, bisogna ingrandirla sopra il simbolo dell’elettricità e selezionare la colonnina. Cliccando sulla colonnina spesso non si riesce a selezionarla così accidentalmente seleziona magari quella che è a fianco. A me poi danno continuamente errore le colonnine a 22 kW e non ho capito se è un problema della macchina e dell’app .
Insomma molto migliorabile soprattutto quando viaggi per lavoro e devi utilizzarla spesso.

Per chi nn possiede la carta fisica Cartissima Q8 impossibile caricare punti sulla carta club negli orari di chiusura delle stazioni. I sistemi danno sempre un errore non comprensibile.
Peccato, ti fidelizzano ma poi ti fregano.

Questa app è più le volte che non funziona rispetto a quelle che funziona…. Sono giorni che cerco invano di fare il rifornimento elettrico e mi impedisce di fare rifornimento. Anche il servizio clienti, inesistente! Provi e rinstallare…..E non cambia nulla!

Questa applicazione è pessima! Non posso generare nuovi codici di pagamento perché risulta ancora “attivo” il codice generato un mese fa e non posso annullarlo perché risulta utilizzato o non più attivo. Il servizio clienti inesistente quindi in caso di malfunzionamenti dell app uno resta a piedi senza poter mettere la benzina! Veramente un disastro! Risolvete immediatamente!
