The representative that takes your call after pretending searching in their system. Gives you jst the notice of not able to assist and hangs up. It’s been since 11/14 I been trying to get my money back and all they excuse is can’t find you in our system call back in an hour. Same script for all reps I talked to. And hang up. I have sent emails costally before the policy they have of 7 days and I don’t get a response back not a follow up. This scam well done. Do not miss my next review. I’m planning to make this public to get them back.
