Their poor management, customer service, and order handling are not satisfactory at all. After placing an order, I did not receive the necessary support, and I faced unnecessary complications and unpleasant situations even with simple processes like cancellation. As a customer, I believe the most important aspects of a good e-commerce platform are proper management, clear communication, fast response, and customer satisfaction—but Cartup clearly lacks these qualities. Based on my personal experience, Cartup’s service quality and management system need significant improvement.
