One of the worst E shopping app I’ve ever seen before
My experience with Cartup’s service has been very disappointing. Their poor management, customer service, and order handling are not satisfactory at all. After placing an order, I did not receive the necessary support, and I faced unnecessary complications and unpleasant situations even with simple processes like cancellation.
As a customer, I believe the most important aspects of a good e-commerce platform are proper management, clear communication, fast response, and customer satisfaction—but Cartup clearly lacks these qualities.
Based on my personal experience, Cartup’s service quality and management system need significant improvement. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service and operations in the future.

Excellent app
click bait ads
they post ad on social media about selling audio interfaces and iems, but they actually don't sell this kind of stuff. also the app is not good, it feels like um using a daraz or aliexpress app.
