I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but my order was not ready. In addition, the employee who assisted me (a young male wearing a black hoodie and cap with an earbud in his right ear) repeatedly said “let me see” in a curt tone when I showed my confirmation. The interaction felt impatient and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management can address both the delay and the professionalism of the interaction.
