Nous sommes ravis que notre rapport vous ait été utile. ### 1/5 — Doppelberechnung – Problem bis heute nicht gelöst *2026-08-12* Eigentlich wollte ich carVertical nutzen, um vor dem Kauf eines Fahrzeugs einen Bericht über die Fahrzeughistorie zu erstellen. Beim Bezahlvorgang ist jedoch etwas schiefgelaufen und mir wurde die Erstellung eines Berichts zweimal mit jeweils 34,99 € berechnet. Das Problem ist für mich besonders ärgerlich, weil ich natürlich nicht bereit bin, 69,98 € für einen einzigen Bericht zu bezahlen. Ich habe mich daraufhin an Apple gewandt. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Erstattung nicht möglich sei. carVertical verweist wiederum auf Apple und sieht die Verantwortung offenbar ebenfalls dort. Am Ende stehe ich als Kunde zwischen zwei Unternehmen und habe mein Geld trotzdem nicht zurück. Das Problem ist bis heute nicht gelöst und ich soll weiterhin zweimal 34,99 € für einen Bericht bezahlen. Gerade bei einem kostenpflichtigen Dienst erwarte ich, dass ein solcher Fehler vernünftig und kundenorientiert gelöst wird. Stattdessen wird man zwischen Apple und carVertical hin- und hergeschickt. Der eigentliche Service mag funktionieren, aber wenn bei der Zahlung ein Fehler passiert, erwarte ich Unterstützung und eine unkomplizierte Lösung. In meinem Fall fehlt diese leider komplett. Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Je déplore la responsabilité des autorités et l’association des consommateurs de ne mettre pas en place une loi obligeant tout le monde a fournir des informations transparentes lors de la vente de ses biens. Au final certaines personnes profitent de ce système pour s’enrichir au dos des pauvres. It red flagged it but after checking on your app all seems fine ? ### 1/5 — Those NOT work *2026-07-16, version 3.12.0* My Cadillac Escalade Vin was recognized by this app, but when I checked the report, it showed no damage and no history overall everything in good shape, but that is false. There has been an insurance claim for hail damage and it is on the Carfax including three other report companies, but these guys don’t have that and for the price you pay for only one 30 something dollars is insane. Make it like 15. I chose this app because of a sponsor, but the sponsor has failed. ### 1/5 — Fast keine Angabe kostet 29 Euro *2026-07-15* Ich habe kürzlich bei Car vertical ein Auto gefragt und 29 Euro (mit Rabat) bezahlt, ich habe eine komischen Bericht bekommen. Darauf steht fast nichts. Nur das auto nicht Diebstahl betroffen ist. Keine Km Zustand, keine Angabe über Wartungen, fast leere Pdf Seite. Für Tüv steht keine Angabe und kein Problem 😅. Fahrzeug typ ist normalerweise Combi nach Bericht Limousine. Das bringt gar nichts. Ich habe Carvertical teams mail geschrieben um mein Zahlung zurück zu bekommen, aber die schreiben nichts.
