EMAIL Send and read email without leaving the lead. Attach files, share vehicles, and open a full message full-screen instead of squinting at a clipped preview. EMAIL OR TEXT, SAME THREAD Switch between email and text in the same conversation, and see at a glance which one a customer replied on. APPOINTMENTS IN THE THREAD When an appointment is booked, moved or cancelled, it shows up in the conversation with the time it was set for. Tap it for the type, the host and the vehicle. SHARED VEHICLES, AND WHO BIT Share inventory straight from the thread. When a customer taps "I'm interested", you see which vehicle they picked, its price and how many times they looked at it. AUTO-REPLIES ARE MARKED An automatic reply is labelled as one, so you never follow up on a lead that has not actually heard from a person yet. Bug Fixes ### 1.8.3 — 2026-08-08 This update closes a crash that could interrupt visibility into a lead's message history, and fixes inventory detail pages flashing a false error before loading. Scan a license into a new lead and the contact photo now shows instantly — no more waiting on a screen refresh to confirm the capture worked. The iOS app is also ~20% lighter, for a faster install on the lot. ### 1.8.1 — 2026-07-30 The inbox now shows why each conversation needs attention: Escalated, Overdue, Due soon, Going cold, or Awaiting reply, with a count on the tab. A new Going Cold list surfaces leads at risk, with a Revive action. Every lead in the dealership is now visible, and you can request assignment on a lead you do not own. Phone calls appear in the conversation thread with their duration and outcome.
