The major overhaul in the UI which the developer claims to be “an improvement” is in fact making the user anxious. I have been a user of this app since many years, however just because of this ruined UI, I’m thinking of uninstalling the app. Whoever has designed this new UI should be fired and in fact be made to pay for the losses CarWale is going to incur. It made an ad first without putting pictures or asking for proper information. Next when I tried to delete the ad and start over it didn’t do it. I have deleted my ad 3-4 times now but I can still see it active. No indication whatsoever that it’s being deleted. Very buggy and not worth the time. ### 1/5 — Giving false information on updates if new launches *2023-01-15* I have been waiting since 2021 till 2023 , the update of creta facelift and seltos facelift is being postponed every time . First it was like it will launch in Diwali , and next went to 2022 new year , next Ugadi , then year end , then again confirmed on auto expo 2023 , and now saying next year or maybe this year end . If you guys are so confused of when the launches might come , then please don’t give false hope on dates or timing of launch . And on road prices are not exact in Bangalore , prices here are comparatively more than 60k when compare to your app data ### 1/5 — Cheaters *2019-07-22, version 5.7* I booked a car through CarWale franchisee that has been mentioned on the CarWale site. Before booking they were like they provide every facility. Due to some reasons I failed to get the loan approved. Now I have been following up for more than a month and they are not returning the booking amount. It has been mentioned on the CarWale site that it is CarWale franchisee, but the customer support is saying we don’t hold any such franchisee. If we add two cars to compare and hit the hide common features button, It still show you all the features without hiding common features. It means its not actually hiding common features and shows you all the features.
