## What is Carz IMS?

Carz IMS is the inventory system for Carz Inc, tracking every vehicle from
the day it is purchased to the day it is sold.

Inventory
See the full lot at a glance with cost, age, and recon spend on every
vehicle. Search any car by VIN, last six, or stock number and get its
condition, photos, costs, and complete history in one view.

Location tracking
Know where every vehicle physically is — front lot, mechanic, body shop,
detail, or out at a vendor, auction, or transport. Cars are updated from
the field as they move, so the lot list always matches reality.

Inspections
Capture condition, mileage, tires, and damage with photos attached to the
vehicle. Inspection results follow the car through recon and into its
listing.

Recon and body shop
Track open jobs, what each car is waiting on, and how long it has been
there, so nothinp.

Sold reporting
Review what sold and what it cost
to get there.

Built for the lphone, with VIN scanning and voice entry for walking inventory.
