I’m sitting in Madrid Spain for a 5 night rental with no response (other than and auto-response) the past 2-3 days. I have my confirmation info and original email info but no checkin information in my app or email. Very frustrated. Rent with someone else just in case you have needs like this and are thousands of mile from home like I am. ### 1/5 — War mal super…. *2026-02-08* Ich habe in der Vergangenheit über Casamundo gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Bei meiner letzten Buchung wurde allerdings meine Buchung über vier oder fünf Buchungsplattformen/Anbieter weitergereicht, so dass ich nachher gar nicht mehr wusste, wer mein Ansprechpartner für die Buchung ist. Da ich keine Lust hatte, im Ernstfall vor dem Problem zu stehen, dass „man nicht zuständig ist“, habe ich die Buchung storniert. Dann passierte genau das, was ich befürchtet hatte: Der eine Anbieter verweist auf den nächsten und so weiter… Schlussendlich konnte ich die Buchung mit viel Mühe stornieren und werde künftig leider nicht mehr über Casamundo buchen. ### 3/5 — Idee gut Umsetzung naja *2025-06-19* Zunächst einmal gut Übersichtlichkeit und viel Möglichkeiten zu suchen. Die Benutzung lässt aber echt zu wünschen übrig, man kann nicht einfach ohne Ziel suchen, bspw. Nur mit Nähe zum Meer… am schlimmsten ist aber dass man jedes Mal seine Reisedaten neu angeben muss, bei Kindern immer wieder das Alter etc… bitte mal dringend nachbessern so macht das keinen Spaß! ### 3/5 — Buchung perfekt…ABER… *2024-08-28* Unser Ferienaufenthalt liegt noch vor uns. SCAM *2024-04-05* These people cannot be trusted. This site accepted a booking 2 months ahead and confirmed by email. Then we got this email As I mentioned in the previous email, the host was unable to update the rate on time and so could not accept the current rate for the booking. As a result, we are reaching out to you to inquire if you would be able to cover the difference. Could you please let us know the best price you would be able to offer for this booking so that we can negotiate with the local host? Typical mobster shakedown. Customer service playing good cop with this result when I refused. As a result, we regret to inform you that we will have to cancel the booking on our system and provide a full refund in case payment is completed. We have made every effort to find alternative properties for you, but unfortunately, none are available at this stage. Later part total b/s as I secured a booking actually cheaper on booking.com within 5’. Sortierung nach bestes Angebot erfolgt nach anderen Kriterien. Auf- oder Absteigend sortieren nach Preis ist nicht möglich. Im jeweiligen Angebot ist der Ort angegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Für mein Problem haben wir eine Lösung gefunden, ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke. ### 2/5 — Die App nervt! *2022-02-28* Ich reise mit Hund. Dementsprechend gebe ich natürlich IMMER neben der Zahl der Erwachsenen ein Haustier an, wenn ich eine Unterkunft suche. Zielgerichtet zeigt mir die App dann immer eine gewaltige Menge von Unterkünften an, in der Haustiere NICHT erlaubt sind. Was soll das? Außerdem kann man die Treffer nicht nach Preisen sortieren.
