You will be continuely charged for months. The replies are bot generated and no number or contact info means they keep drafting your account. They reply with account closed yet still bill you. (Side note, don’t be fooled by the updated response from this company. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE OR ELSE YOU WILL KEEP GETTING CHARGED EVERY MONTH EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ### 1/5 — Charged for Free Trial *2026-05-23, version 1.6.14* Looks like this is a common occurrence so can now only assume that this is a scam app. I signed up for a trial - I was immediately charged. I contacted the company straight away and have been ignored. I cancelled the subscription too but now, looking at another review, I have no idea how many subscriptions they've decided to fraudulently sign me up for. Be warned - they take money they are not supposed to. Do not hand over your details. I've reported fraud to my bank. Edit: Furthermore, they're from the UAE... hiding behind the dollar. I've deleted my account with them, I've now seen the streams of negative reviews and only wish I'd checked them first because this is very definitely an effective scan. I've reported them to Apple - probably won't do anything. I honestly don't know how people can live their lives taking dishonestly from other people... there's a special place for you guys when your time on earth is done and it won't be with who you pray to! Don't waste your time responding to me reply with your pathetic attempts of an apology. App developer and their details aren't hard to find online if anyone cares that much! ### 1/5 — Charged twice *2026-05-21, version 1.6.14* It says 7 days free trial; been charged 14.99 USD and when i try to download they wants another 9.99$ usd and in few months or so another 79.USD This was publicity from Facebook - waiting for them to reply 👎🏻 ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever! *2026-05-21, version 1.6.14* They charged my credit card twice despite my email request to cancel the three-day free trial after trying the application for a few hours, during which there was no cancellation option available within the application. They responded after the trial period had expired, informing me that the subscription had been canceled. Subsequently, I received a renewal notification and was charged USD $19.95 and USD $14.99 on my credit card. I sent over ten emails requesting a refund, but they only issued a $5 refund, claiming it was a discount. This experience was extremely frustrating. Predatory & Misleading Bilking *2026-06-02, version 1.6.14* On May 5, 2026 I emailed CasaVista Support request requesting cancellation of my subscription. It subsequently received an email confirming receipt of my request. Without realizing my subscription was really only suspended and then I was subsequently charged a renewal fee along with additional subscription charges. I contacted customer service again and they acknowledged my second cancellation, but said they will not reverse my charges. This is unbelievable and no one should download and subscribe to this app even for a free trial. I had subscribed to a free trial, attempted to cancel, it was clearly not canceled correctly and now I have incurred hundreds of dollars of charges. Unbelievable and absolutely predatory. There is also no way to cancel the “free trial” other than emailing. At which point they will not respond, and you will then pay $35 for the worst app ever. I’ve sent 50 emails and they keep saying I agreed to it and didn’t cancel in time. So have to fight the charges with my credit card company instead. SAVE YOUR TIME the app absolutely blows anyway.
