When it takes 15 minutes to line up a ck to deposit it is crazy. The older version was very easy

Just when you get used to a dumb update they make big changes again that you have to adjust to. Every few months there’s a different way to sign in. I bet the phone lines are overwhelmed with people who can’t sign in right now. Just stop.

Much prefer the previous versions of the app. Seeing what my balance was during a charge and how my balance was affected was much easier to read and less menus to have to go through. Older versions looked dated for sure but were MUCH easier to use ! I miss being able to view my account balances with the tap of a button, now I’m required to sign in entirely to the app in order to see my account balances when before it was quick and easy in case I needed to check before making a purchase.

Won’t accept photo saying it can’t read account or routing number. Finally got it to accept photos but when tried to deposit it would reject it. Finally got it to work after about five minutes of tinkering

Repeatedly not being able to access my account through the app has been extremely frustrating especially on days when no one is in the office.  The interface is much better however not being able to access funds and having no one to contact is extremely frustrating (after further investigating turns out you can’t have your VPN active.  Privacy??  Nonexistent these days)
