There are also special messages when pickup will be delayed or even early that is really helpful. We used to rely on a letter in advance for delays or a newsletter. Sometimes I can’t log on or pay my bills. At least it looks nice. Cascade Disposal tells me just to ignore the notices but it is troubling that it continues and cannot be fixed. **Developer response:** Hello, We apologize for this issue. Paying your bill? Impossible! There are SO many bugs that need fixed because I’ve paid several months of bills that hadn’t been credited to my account or the links don’t work while paying the bill. Just awful - but I LOVE our garbage workers they’re amazing - they need better IT to build their app. **Developer response:** Hello, we apologize that you experienced this!
