Why? *2025-10-28, version 2.5.0* Please bring it back! Very annoying to have to watch in portrait mode on my iPad. Still no landscape mode after over a month! The apps intermittently work, sometimes don’t recognize me despite recent donations. Customer support is poor. Very frustrating. The response that I received from a developer was to contact Donor and Audience Relations. Seriously?! Also, I want to save an episode in a series (like American Experience) but I can’t seem to do so in this app. Cascade PBS - if you’re gonna offer a local alternative, you need to do it well! ### 2/5 — Why portrait mode? *2025-06-26, version 2.3.3* Please bring back landscape mode. ### 2/5 — Landscape mode is gone after the recent update! Why? *2025-06-15, version 2.1.0* Please bring it back! Very annoying to have to watch in portrait mode on my iPad. ### 2/5 — still the most annoying app *2025-06-14, version 2.1.0* There's always a new, unpleasant surprise with each update and no action on long standing problems with this app New with this update? The app is frozen in the vertical orientation on my iPad, it does not rotate to the horizontal orientation. Makes it completely useless for watching programs on my ipad now. Still not fixed? The need to login again after a new app update, which none of my other streaming apps require. Why does this happen?
