Z.B. füllt das Spiel das nicht komplett den Bildschirm (iPad Air). Außerdem gibt es noch den einen oder anderen Bug. Z.B. lässt sich das Spielfeld nicht verschieben, wenn man den Finger über den Karten zieht. Ein weiterer Bug betrifft eine Situation, in der man ein nicht zu legendes Tier in die Ablage zurücklegen soll. Hierbei muss das komplette Spiel beendet werden, da nichts mehr angeklickt werden kann. However, it would be wonderful if when you clicked on the habitat card it put a checkmark or something to indicate what you have already accomplished. Basically the same idea when you click on the terrain card it will show you what your totals are at. Sometimes a bit hard to find online opponents but even solo plays or v. AI are great. I do wish there was a way to disable all of the animations. There is a lot moving on the screen during gameplay and I find that pretty distracting. I also wish there was a 2d/flat top down view similar to the Catan iPad game. Highly recommend. But why publishers continue to let Digital Wolf ruin games is crazy. I keep hoping they will improve because I like the games they try to make but they always let me down. Not pleased. ### 3/5 — What is happening at DWD? *2025-03-21* Cascadia is a fun and puzzly tile-placement and pattern-building game that is beloved by many in the gaming community. Dire Wolf has faithfully translated the game to digital with the bells and whistles that we’ve come to expect with online multiplayer, daily challenges, etc. But Dire Wolf has also begun to drop the ball inexplicably. For some reason they’ve decided to release their games with borders on 3/4 of the screen, even going so far as to patch this in to other games like Everdell. Where Dore Wolf games used to be beautiful, they are now an eyesore and the pattern continues here. It is nonsensical. They also use GameCenter for achievements but you cannot find them anywhere in-app and need to go into your device’s settings.
