I’ve used the app since it first came out and I luckily have not had any issues or complaints about it. I have a loan credit card and checking in savings. And my paycheck is deposited into my checking.

I have not been able to access to my account information on any of my accounts more than 10 days since October. I have no idea how much money is in my account and have no ability to transfer funds other than going into the bank it seems like every month for about two or three days I’m on able to access it Try and log into my account every day and at least three or four days out of seven I have absolutely no access to my account to see what funds I have or to transfer or to pay bills.

The brick and mortar locations are even worse. It’s been almost a month since I have been able to access an ATM that works for a bank that is open
