It's a great deal for a guy like me. The only problem I have, is that we are not allowed to add payees on the mobile app. Maybe we could do something about that? I have no idea how much money is in my account and have no ability to transfer funds other than going into the bank it seems like every month for about two or three days I’m on able to access it Try and log into my account every day and at least three or four days out of seven I have absolutely no access to my account to see what funds I have or to transfer or to pay bills. The brick and mortar locations are even worse. You guys take the personal touch out of business because you make people feel uncomfortable with security guards at the door always checking you out and making sure to take off that hat or glasses. Who do you think you are telling me how I can dress in public? No other credit unions do this. MSUFCU handles my business and personal accounts now and you will never get another piece of business from me or referral. You need some major work! Your response would probably be we care for our employees and want them safe but guess what if you didn’t have the public’s money you would not exist.
