I purchased this app yesterday, for Rs 3999/-. 
Except case 1, no other case is visible. The quiz is also not working. I sent a mail to the app support but haven’t received any response from them. Kindly resolve the matter asap or refund the money.

**Developer response:** Hi - so sorry you were not able to access the cases.  We are releasing an update today which will give you access to all cases.  We didn't receive your email, so we apologize for not responding faster. You may always reach us at support@expandedapps.com.  When you install the new version, you will be able to access all the cases. If you run into any issues, please contact us. We are always glad to help you! For refunds, please contact Apple. I previously paid for this app in its older version, when it upgraded   / updatedI I cannot access the old content any more and am required to pay for the new updated version. Not cool. If I knew this to be the case I would have just purchased the hard copy book instead
