## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Boo!😒✋👎

*2013-05-16*

You have to pay for everything!💰💸💩

### 1/5 — Free no way

*2012-12-10*

Free

### 1/5 — Well it might be good...

*2012-05-17*

I don't like a bait and switch, so it's getting a single star. Get the free version and you get what you pay for access only to one case and nothing else.

### 3/5 — Perfect for Learning but Expensive

*2025-03-12*

I really like the question structure and additional information that came with it. The free version gives you access to only one question, that’s very sad. I also do think the price is expensive for college students like myself who is trying to go into medicine but can’t necessarily afford the reoccurring payments. I wanted to request or suggest if it’s possible for a lifetime payment option to be made where we can have access to all the information forever and continue using the app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review and suggestion regarding a lifetime option. We recognize that this may be helpful for you and we are preparing a new version for release shortly which will give you the opportunity to make one-time purchase for lifetime access to the content. We wish you much success with your medical career.

### 4/5 — Ok

This app is pretty useful for med students, it has lots of infos about real cases and helps them strengthen their diagnostic . Also is easy to use due to its simple and nice user interface

### 4/5 — I like it!

Suitable for student! Great for reinforces the relationship between basic science and clinical medicine! Great learning system!

### 4/5 — Physiology

*2014-08-05*

A lot of exercise of physiology! Students love this app!

### 4/5 — a good supplement but a bit expensive

*2013-04-04*

overall this is a good review of physiology, certainly it is less monotonous then a straight up basic science approach. however, the price is a bit too much when considering that the app is a simple port of the book. Needs color and animations to fully justify being same price as print edition

### 4/5 — good app!

*2012-07-26*

good app, good cases & discussions. the in-app purchase is a little confusing as it says you have to pay for it again when using the app on a different device under the same apple account - but it ends up being free once you put your password in etc.

the feedback page appears to crash but still appears to get the message through to the authors, so... minor bug i suppose.

otherwise nicely done!

### 5/5 — Cases

### 5/5 — Great learning tool

*2012-09-30*

Case files physiology puts a spotlight on key physiological concepts and explains them to adequate detail. The clinical cases help to put physiology into a clinical context and combined with the questions, make a valuable resource for learning as well as viva style exams.

The updated highlighting feature was long awaited and makes the app much more revision-friendly!

### 5/5 — Great medical tools
