## What is Case Management?

Case Management is a local-first electronic evidence capture and organisation tool for personal civil matters. It helps you organise photos, videos, audio recordings, document scans and imported files by case, turning scattered materials into clear, traceable case records.

[Organise everything by case]
Create separate cases for tenancy handovers, property damage, traffic incidents, product disputes, employment matters and more. Keep related evidence, notes and capture records together.

[Capture different types of material]
Take photos, record video and audio, scan documents, or import files. Original files and later notes are stored separately so added context does not overwrite the source material.

[Retain key capture details]
Keep relevant details such as creation time, location, device environment and capture method. Integrity checks help identify whether files have changed.

[Local-first privacy]
No account is required. Case information and evidence files remain on your device by default and are exported or shared only when you choose.

[Review, seal and export]
Review materials by case, add evidence notes, and organise selected content into a structured evidence package for backup, transfer or later verification.
