Please spend your money on literally anything else; Apple pathetically refused to issue me a refund for the in app purchase needed to see how much of a failure this app is! ### 1/5 — Case not found.. *2025-12-15* Still broken with December 15 update! Still broken with the December 12 update! Doesn’t work.. “case with specified number not found”. It works on other apps and on USCIS website just fine. And doesn’t support NVC cases as advertised.. 👎 Another case I added, somehow this one works but my other one doesn’t, shows **** at the end of it in the list. And no case history is shown, despite the paywall saying I should get this. And $4.99/WEEK!!! For something that doesn’t work..lol 😂 What junk is this app?! Put in the receipt number which keeps saying it isn’t available then I decided to delete so I’m not paying for something that doesn’t work but there’s no option to delete!! It works on other apps and on USCIS website just fine. And doesn’t support NVC cases as advertised.. 👎 Once in AI Chat, can’t get out of it without force quitting the app and re-loading (tab bar is not visible after interaction with chat).
