The CaseSnap© Mobile Bill Sheet Entry Application provides a means of live time case entry via a mobile application.  It provides both benefits to the vendor along with benefits to the hospital as follows:

My team and I have used CaseSnap for a couple years now and this is by far the best. User friendly, quick to enter information, and customer service is always super helpful when I need them.

App constantly freezes, times out, and goes into a perpetual doom loading screen. Despite many updates I have yet to see any improvement in performance. Nothing better than typing in a bunch of information only for the app to crash upon upload and delete everything, then have support email you that you need to try re-uploading. This app does not even allow you to upload pictures of a charge sheet from your camera roll. Much improvement needed.

I’ve been forced to used this app for over 5 years now. I don’t know how or why hospitals agree to use it. It’s awful. It’s been awful since my first time using it and they “enhance and update” it what seems like every month and it’s always just as bad. It’s insanely slow. I lose time out of my days having to battle with this app.

Unbelievably frustrating that a facility I work at implemented this application. You wouldn’t believe the amount of time I lose trying to get the app to work and submit case information. I lose time doing my actual job and spending time with my family because this app functions so poorly.

The app consistently fails to allow users to upload bills, asks you to re-login randomly (sometimes multiple times a day), app is very glitchy, app requests users to manually enter PPI but can’t scan that info and no significant improvements have been made since launch.

Just an awful app. Terrible user interface, freezes constantly which causes me to start over the billing process. Most of the time I submit a bill it doesn’t actually go through the system even though it looks like it did on my end. This causes a major issue constantly.  There’s no search function for doctors. There’s no way to connect to my camera roll so I need a physical copy of my bill every time. Just awful

Kicks me out all the time when I’m working on a new bill. My old submitted bills disappear so I. Ant go back to verify prices and po #’s. I should be able to add a picture of a bill sheet from my camera roll. I should not need a physical bill sheet to take a picture of. I should be able to search docs instead of having to scroll through a list of 100. Just nothing intuitive about this process.

Always crashing. Needs to be deleted and reinstalled to update. Stalls for no reason, often need to log out and back in.

Why does the app log me out after 10 min and then not accept my password! Ridiculous. Must reset password at every log on lately!
