I’m a returning customer and really love CASETiFY cases. However, I’m quite disappointed with the quality this time. After about six months of use, the glue doesn’t seem strong anymore — the frame at the bottom keeps coming off. I hope CASETiFY can fix this issue for better durability in the future.

The app is awful to use; it's not optimized, everything freezes, and I always have to log in again when I open it. I love their cases, but buying through the app is a terrible experience, and they really should release a Samsung app. I also use Samsung, and I have to access it through the website or my iPhone. I loved the Spiderman collab, though.

I love CASETiFY products, but this app makes it impossible for you to shop. It’s extremely buggy, every time you click back, instead of taking you one page back, it takes you back all the way to the main menu. It’s kind of ridiculous. They definitely need to optimize this app

The app has a serious issue with the shipping address. It is locked and cannot be changed — it keeps showing “Negeri Sembilan / Central 1” even though my actual address is different. How can the address field be locked? How am I supposed to complete my purchase if I can’t select the correct shipping location? Please fix this issue so customers can input their correct delivery address.
