I spoke with the manager and she said that the app, being so horrible to use is causing them to lose customers left and right. Took me 45 minutes and several attempts to finally get back on. Even the manager said she got frustrated with it and would try later. I don’t know who is over the app but other companies don’t have this problem and customers are leaving and going to them. I’ve dealt with this several times now, and this is my last time.
