Should’ve gone for a once off/onetime payment. ### 4/5 — Good App, Important Feature Missing *2026-01-20* Ye app cash aur credit manage karne ke liye kaafi useful hai aur maine iska ek saal ka subscription bhi le rakha hai. Lekin ek important feature abhi tak missing hai. Customers ka total outstanding credit ek jagah upar dikhna chahiye. Main har update mein is option ko check karta hoon, lekin jab ye nahi hota to kaafi mayusi hoti hai. Dusri similar apps mein ye feature kaafi time se available hai. Agar future updates mein ye option add nahi hota, to mujhe ye app use karna chhodna pad sakta hai. Since it became paid, it’s been difficult for small users like me who manage only one business with 3–4 users. The jump from Starter to Essentials is too big, and paying ₹399/month is quite high for us. Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the app for the past month. It would be great if you could add a mid plan, maybe around ₹199/month for 1 business and up to 4 users. Or a one time purchase option. Just a suggestion from a loyal user. However, introducing a mandatory subscription fee for all users is unnecessary. I suggest allowing some basic features for free — such as managing one or two businesses, or allowing free in-and-out entries. If needed, you can charge users for premium features like downloading reports. To support your expenses, you could also consider showing ads (such as short video ads), instead of forcing all users to pay or leave the app. I’ve stopped using the app because it’s no longer worth paying just to record basic transactions. But now they are asking to buy a subscription even for making basic entries. This is not suitable for small business owners. At least the basic features should remain free, otherwise people will definitely start using other apps. ——————————————————-—————————- Thank you for your response. I understand that there are backend costs, but the 100-entry limit feels too low for regular use. Therefore, please consider increasing the free limit. I have been using your application for the past 5 years, so I am comfortable with it. However, due to this limitation, I am forced to switch to another app, which is not as comfortable for me. I use to think, the interface was very simple and easy to use. As time passed, more features start to emerge. Like adding businesses, adding staff. For me it was not required at all. I continued using this. But today after the update, it no longer allowed me to add a simple entry. It asked for subscription. I understand, this might be necessary but removing a very basic feature was a too much for me. I am not a business owner so I am Out. **Developer response:** Hi!
