They have a legitimate-looking KYC process (ID and face scan) to make you think they are real, but the second you try to withdraw your winnings, the scam begins. They sent me an email claiming my withdrawal failed due to "inaccurate info" (which was impossible since I triple-checked and copy-pasted it). Immediately after, they locked my account for "unusual behavior." They have no support option within the app, so I had to find an email address from other reviews (wish I had read them sooner). When you email “support”, they send automated bots asking for screenshots of the issue. As soon as you provide the proof, they ghost you. Exactly 24 hours later, they close your ticket and lie, saying they "never received a response." They are using a scripted, fraudulent support loop to ignore users while keeping their deposited cash. They are thieves.
