After 8 weeks of waiting, it’s still “processing”, and I still haven’t received a dime. They state “payout” is 7-14 business days.” Well, that has passed long time ago. The customer service is non existent. Nor the inapp messaging, nor the emailing. I will dispute all the funds I put into this app with my bank. I open an in game support chat informing them of the restriction. They send me a link to finish my verification. After following the link and successfully verifying my account (minutes after the link was received) I have yet to get a response back from their support confirming the restriction was lifted. It’s been over 2 months now and still no response except for the auto response that they are not available during the weekend. I’ve also sent an email about the issue and the response you’ll receive is that the email support is ONLY if you cannot login to your account. I’ve sent screenshots of the successful verification, and my account is still restricted. They’ll only withdrawal the amount you’ve deposited by refunding this back to your account. The remainder gets returned to the in game balance with some statement that they could not process the amount withdrawn and for you to try again. If it’s working for you, awesome.
