### 1/5 — App needs a lot of work

I just downloaded the app and when you click on the account icon it just takes you to a page that says error with a sad face. The scanner doesn’t work properly it doesn’t scan the barcode but instead auto takes a picture before you even get a chance to get the full barcode in the window. The scanner needs to allow the user to manually take a picture of the barcode or actually scan so that it knows the full barcode is captured. The cover picture part is manual but the window sizing is awkward and should be a regular size window. Recommending option for users to be able to manually enter the ISBN number. After scanning it isn’t instant it just says processing and I have no idea the timeline to determine if I can sell or not because those are no details.

I am pretty sure this is a scam! I scanned 2 books and it didn’t work! I put the hell section and it just said error with a sad emoticon!!! What the hell!! Don’t use this! They probably stole my info!!

Downloaded app and scanned books got some pretty good prices but account keeps saying error and all. Oils say do not ship.  I was excited to send but can’t and everything keeps saying error😒

they don’t pay at all!

Second: 
after you send your books to them your list is updated with a line under each book that says don’t send this book. This line is not present before you send them your books. 

They are a ripoff app!

We can only accept books that have "Ship this book" button shown next to the books. We added the line "Don't send this book" to clarify confusion because people were sending us books that we do not accept. We apologize for the confusion. but we constantly try to improve the user experience.
