They completely rejected my withdrawal and took all my money, claiming "abnormal behavior" when I did absolutely nothing wrong. Their support email bounces back and their live chat is just a useless bot that won't let you talk to a real person. They just steal your balance as soon as you try to cash out. I asked them to please explain what I did wrong and nothing. They said my deposit was refunded but it wasn’t. Asked to explain where they sent it and nothing. I have strong belief they just want your information to use in future for nefarious purposes. I already contacted that chat, supplied screenshots, identified the successful $5 qualifying deposit, and showed the promotion promising an additional $5 bonus. Instead of fixing it, support repeatedly sent canned responses about “technicians” investigating. There is nothing “difficult to precisely locate.” The deposit record says SUCCESS, the promotional bonus is missing, and the in-app chat history documents the entire issue. Directing me back to the same ineffective support channel is not a resolution; it is a public-facing template designed to make it appear that assistance was offered. as all others by UNITY , BIAGRO S.A , KIMI CRUSH WF WHIMSY FORGE. All same developers under hidden names to avoid being shut down from all the complaints. There’s currently a LAWSUIT filed for these developers… they think there invincible! Not when I went undercover and played. Each one had the same deceptive practices and won’t around for long. Save your money I promise you will regret it if you don’t. ### 1/5 — NOT FOR UK Residents *2026-08-19, version 1.4.5* This app claims real-money cash prizes but their own terms explicitly state services are USA ONLY — UK users are prohibited. They have NO UK Gambling Commission licence yet accepted payments from me. They track location data so they KNEW I'm in the UK — this is deliberate misrepresentation and unlawful activity. Refund requests are ignored with automated replies asking for irrelevant screenshots. Do not download — they operate illegally for UK residents. Their website even says so. I specifically logged in after 24 hours and it took me back up to day 1!
