I made a purchase a week ago for $4.99 and never got my coins for the package using a 150% more coins coupon. I sent an email a message in the app regarding the purchase over the weekend and got a response Monday. They asked me to send proof of my purchase. I sent a screenshot of my purchase along with one showing the coin package. I got a response today that the pmt failed on the platform and if the pmt was deducted I needed to reach out to the App Store for a refund.
