Payment and balance updating is extremely slow. Much slower than typical banking standards. It does not matter if I select text, call or email, I never get a verification code. It’s very frustrating because I cannot access my account through the app or online! Please look into this. When it did work, it was okay but the rules at Cash Money dictate 5 working days hold on all account payments made by credit/debit credit cards.
