It doesnt matter how good you play or even how high you score. You only get what it wants to give you, which usually isn’t even half of the prize range. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! ### 1/5 — Unfair boosts *2023-12-30* The main reason I like Skillz is because, unlike gambling, winning or losing is mostly based on individual skill. Unfortunately, some of the boosts (especially the “Wild Daubs” but the other boosts also make the game less fair) in this particular game introduce too much luck into the equation, so it is too much like gambling for me to continue playing it. In order to win you have to get the first 3 bingos as fast as possible. Sometimes there may be 2 bingos ready at the same time with just 1 more number needed and if you have a Wild Daub, then you can choose to use it on one of the possibilities. The problem is that the number you choose to use a Wild Daub on may come up later in the drawing, which basically means that you have wasted that Wild Daub and may not be able to completely cover the board later. If your opponent chose the other option, then they may win based on 100% luck. There have been times in which I have lost to players who have consistently been much slower to cover numbers than me, but they have been lucky enough to choose the right number to use a Wild Daub on and I haven’t. That completely flies in the face of Skillz’s professed commitment to making the games as fair as possible and to rely on players’ skills rather than luck to determine a winner. I think it would be possible to change some of the boosts in this game to make it more fair but I don’t know if the developers care about things like that. ### 1/5 — Locked out *2023-09-28* Was playing the game for a couple weeks 776,000 tickets $20 went to get back on and my guy was gone it made me pick another person play for a couple days $16 on there when froze up $45 total loss **Developer response:** Hello Brian Matchmaking and account-related issues are managed by our partners at Skillz.
