That's how it all started, when my 5-year-old daughter came up with the idea for this app. Just like a real toy cash register, it's simple, fun, and makes satisfying sounds when the drawer opens. Perfect for little ones who love playing pretend!

This isn't just screen time—it's a toy that brings imaginative play to life. Kids can set up their own store, take orders from family and friends, and ring up real items around the house. Whether they're running a pretend grocery store, a restaurant, or a lemonade stand, Cash Register Toy turns any room into their very own shop.

Type in prices, tap "Next" to add items to the receipt, and hit "Total" to see the amount. When it's time to check out, pressing "Cash" opens the drawer with play money to count and exchange. Hand over the change, thank the customer, and call "Next in line!" Ready for a new transaction? Enter an amount greater than the total, press "Cash," and start fresh.

So I got this game a couple of weeks ago and let me tell you it’s so addicting. I love how you can punch in the prices like the old vintage days, but I love to pretend I work at a convenience store. My personal favorite is the old vintage cash register, this game is so much fun and I totally recommend getting it. If you struggle with counting money, this is the perfect game to play

I personally enjoy this app, it’s good for kids to role play with and have fun. Although, it can get confusing on the total or just cash part. It takes a while to get used to, but it’s good.

**Developer response:** There is an option to turn this off, we have set it to be off by default now.

After Total is chosen, the Payment Amount doesn’t get recognized. Instead the amount is treated as another purchase. The Cancel nor C choice doesn’t clear the tallies. There is no Support on the developer’s web site. I’d like my $1.99 back please

**Developer response:** Apple can send a refund, sorry about this. However the normal price is total shows total then you enter amount you want to pay and hit "Cash"

After I've totaled the items the calculator does not let me put an amount the "customer" will be paying. I can't learn if whatever money I put will always be processed as a new item, and not as an exchange.

**Developer response:** After you total you may enter the amount and hit 'cash' to cash out the customer

I really like the game and it's really fun but it would be awesome if you added a part where u scan the groceries and get to bag them I think it would make the game more interesting and really fun, I still like the game now to but I just don't care for how it makes up the item for u so that's why I think the scanner part and bagging part will improve the game a lot thanks

I have used this with my little cousin and it is really cool! 👏 But however, you have to put in a certain amount of money (the numbers) extra to get to open the cash register. I don't like this it should be changed. Great app from any other angle.

I downloaded the App for my kid. But the App graphics are not up to the mark. It's not in anyway designed for a kid. If you want to pitch it to an adult, then the idea won't work. For kids, the graphics need a lot of work. The concept is good and so are the sounds which is why I give 3 stars instead of 2. Overall, the idea is strong, with a lot of work on the interface, this App can be a winner in its category.
