It has potential but the lack of proper trail runs and testing had me discouraged. This has actually led to me shopping less at cash wise until I found that the previous app is still functional. The coupons page never loads. Whoever is the developer has to be a group of failures. Who would put this out? Can’t get to the coupons on the new app and you know that the store will have something as a good deal but you have to clip the coupon that doesn’t even download. I read a review that was not great. I 100%agree. This is a terrible app. Creating a new account was not too hard. I have yet to figure out if my rewards are actually transferred. The weekly ad is some version of the website, but worse. The screen images of items began to flash uncontrollably. Searching is a pain. I could go on but I won’t. It is obvious they did not have enough beta testers or programmers to fix the issues before the deadline. I guess I’ll just show up at the store and use good old paper ads. ### 1/5 — New app *2024-09-28* Is there a no star option?? Took hours to get the new app installed…so many problems. I have lost over $15 in savings because upload wasn’t working! (Even calling support was no help)!! THEN the app is very hard to maneuver. Plus, the weekly ad isn’t on the app, it directs you to the website when you click on it. And you have to find the menu button to find the weekly ad option. Coupon list is not searchable. Fortunately I have cash, because the driver should not suffer getting a dinky tip of not even $3! It’s not their fault the app isn’t working properly. However, I will be much less likely to have groceries delivered. It’s better to pick them up myself. Everything else is fine. My only complaint is that it wouldn’t allow me to put any special instructions in at checkout, but the website didn’t allow that either. Not sure why. Otherwise, it worked just as the website. ### 2/5 — Suggestion: *2025-05-06* Consider adding a feature that tells us what aisle the items are at, since Cash Wise doesn’t put them in logical places. Plus, half the time the weekly ad refuses to load, just a spinning wheel of death :-( Please fix this!
