CashBox is a secure savings platform that helps you save money seamlessly all from the comfort of your mobile phone, tablet or computer. CashBox is basically an online "savings box". It is FREE, secure and any amount can be saved anytime you want, while earning interest on your savings.

From any location, you can securely save on CashBox and do the following:

●  KidsBox: Our KidsBox feature is curated for kids of all ages. It’s a fun and educative way to introduce kids & teens to money. Parents can also use this feature to save for their kids. Jump right in and start saving for the future.

●  Target: This plan lets you save consistently (daily/weekly/monthly) towards a set goal while earning cool interest on your savings. Withdrawal is done on plan maturity.

● Regular: Auto save regularly (daily/weekly/monthly) and also earn interest on savings. Withdrawal is easily done on your set free withdrawal days which is once in a quarter and any other one time within the quarter.

● Vault: This plan is a personalised fixed deposit account. Savers can lock funds for a period of 90 days or more, and earn interest upfront immediately. Upon maturity of plan, withdrawal can be easily done.

●  Swift:  Save any amount, any time without necessarily creating an automated savings plan. For users without an ATM card, saving is possible via bank transfer.

Yes, their product and plans are good, but the customer service is extremely poor. It’s honestly one of the worst experiences in Nigeria. Sometimes the lines are switched off, sometimes they’re not reachable, and when someone finally answers, the nonchalant attitude offers no real help. Even withdrawing money can be stressful as f*k, transactions stay pending for days.

I never give reviews on any app but I just have to do this. CashBox started well but now I’ve been noticing that I’m not able to login most times…after inputting the correct password it’ll load and load and it’ll never login eventually? Why? I’m already getting scared and I’m going to stop saving with them immediately my savings mature cus I’m scared that they might crash soon
