## What is CashDrawer Counter App?

CashDrawer Counter — fast, offline cash counting by denomination.

Whether you're closing out a shift, prepping a bank deposit, counting tips, or estimating a coin jar, CashDrawer Counter does the math so you don't have to. Enter quantities per denomination on a custom numpad, and the app tracks totals, variance, and history.

What it does

- Count by denomination — bills and coins, with a fast numpad built for the job
- See the difference vs your previous count, so drift is obvious at a glance
- Auto-suggest withdrawals — tell it your target float and the app picks the exact denominations to remove
- Count coins by weight — sort by denomination, weigh each pile, let the app do the conversion

New: Notes & Coins subtotals

Every count now breaks down into separate subtotals for notes (bills) and coins, shown right above the grand total. If your bank's deposit slip asks for notes by denomination and a single coin total, the numbers you need are now right there.

- Tap the Total on the Data Entry and Withdrawal screens to expand the Notes/Coins breakdown, and tap again to collapse it.
- Subtotals also appear when you open a saved count in History, when you select multiple counts, and in shared or exported summaries.
- Color-coded denomination icons make the breakdown easy to scan at a glance.
