I even purchased a new phone thinking it was my phone. I was told there are no issues on the developers end so it must be my phone. There are no other options so I have to use this app. Very frustrating. Here I go…. off to reinstall the app. ### 1/5 — Unreliable, broken, buggy; was a good idea but… *2023-07-24, version 4.8.0* This app has never worked correctly. There was an idea here that was unfortunately poorly executed. ### 2/5 — Caregiver/Responsible Party *2023-06-03, version 4.8.0* This apps has many bugs and lacks intuitiveness. It freezes up a lot, and it doesn’t reset by just logging out and then back in or by restarting your phone. I’ve had to reinstall it at least 6 times in the 2 months my company has been using it. Also, if you have dual roles, like both caregiver and responsible party, you can’t toggle between roles in the app. You have to log out and login again. The developer of this app need to do a major overhaul to make it more functional! ### 1/5 — Very glitchy *2023-04-04, version 4.8.0* There’s always an issue of some sort or another with this app. Glitchy and unreliable. ### 1/5 — Slow & unreliable *2023-04-03, version 4.8.0* My agency switched to this app and it has given me issues since day one. Now today it will not load at all despite erasing and redownloading and strong wi-fi signal. This is very frustrating when this determines if i get paid on time or not! Gets stuck on syncing records all the time. The app is constantly saying the time worked overlaps with another time card, and there isn’t another worker that day. Now half the time I can’t even get into the app, have to call tech, get overrides just to turn in my time. Shoddy app riddled with glitches and very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed system *2022-10-06, version 4.7.3* Terrible system. We were forced to use this app for timekeeping. Time is tracked to the second. Each shift is not rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment. Each shift is treated as a separate timecard. As the managing party, it is very cumbersome and time consuming. There are no summary views for person or pay period. Two people cannot be logged in at the same time, even for a second. The spending summary side of the system is not cohesive and does not give the information needed to keep track of bugets. ### 1/5 — Removed my client/can’t clock in time *2022-10-02, version 4.7.3* The Agency I work for has always used paper timesheets. They then decided to move to this new cashe evv app and unfortunately I am having all kind of issues. My first pay period this app removed my client from my account and so I couldn’t clock in any more hours. I have contacted support team and they were unable to help me, even told me I may have to wait to get payed until the app creator fix this issue. That definitely did not happen because that is unfair and definitely not my fault! Many other people were having the exact same issue the same week but for some reason my account was still stuck. Why is it so hard to just add the client back onto my account? My account still says “No recipients and it is still a issue in the middle of another pay period, and I really hope this issue gets taken care of because it’s really slowing things down. Lucky for me I am allowed to turn paper time sheets in the meantime, but wasn’t expecting such a long wait time for someone “WHO CAN FIX IT” to reach out to fix this issue. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Can’t connect to server *2022-06-25, version 4.6.9* I been using this app for 3 months without an issue. Today can’t login due to system not connecting to server. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This app sucks! *2026-05-16, version 6.0* I am actually irritated every time I have to clock in, every day. It does not load. It lags. It makes it so I clock in late, and have to remember on top of my busy life to edit the time when I clock out and submit my time sheet. DO BETTER! ### 1/5 — The worst app to use for clocking in *2026-03-30, version 6.0* If I could give it zero stars I would. My job used to have paper timesheets then we switched to this and it’s awful. Half of the time it doesn’t take your location when clocking in or out but shows the location arrow at the top of the screen indicating that it should be taking your location but whenever I sign to confirm my hours worked it says that it could not confirm my location. It’s getting very frustrating because I could lose my job if this app doesn’t take my location!!! I’m quite sick of it actually. You would think that an electronic verification system would be able to verify your location but I guess not. Companies beware you may spend more time fixing hours & verifying if people worked than having anyone working the hours! ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE *2025-09-30, version 5.9* This app is terrible to use. Doesn’t keep time properly and won’t let you see time cards. Ridiculous ### 1/5 — Very glitchy and no way to delete accidental timesheet *2025-07-08, version 5.7* Very hard to work with. Glitches and makes multiple time sheets for the same time on accident. No way to delete accidental timesheets and have to ask and call employer which is hard to get ahold of. I obviously have to continue using this app but feel the need to leave a review because this app needs to be fixed. It’s makes it very difficult. ### 1/5 — Worst app of all time *2025-04-21, version 5.6* This is the most unfriendly and non ada compliant website and app I have ever used. ### 1/5 — Needs to be scrapped and redone *2025-02-21, version 5.2.1* I unfortunately don’t have another option since I am required to use the app for time keeping. I fear issues with Uncle Sam because I can’t follow the law due to the glitches and constant issues l. I have to manually enter my time records the following day and run afoul of the law due to it flat out not working. I had hoped that it would get better with time, but alas no. Please if I am going to be held accountable for properly recording my time in and out utilizing this technology, give me something that works. I fear that with the current political situation that I will be a target for committing fraud due to this app not functioning!!! FIX IT!! ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever Developed *2024-09-12, version 5.2.1* The last thing I have time to do is write a review for an app, but I could not let this go by without a review. This is categorically the worst app I’ve ever had the extreme displeasure of using. How can it even be this awful? It is totally user unfriendly, full of glitches, and has made my life immeasurably more difficult since our agency required us to use it. I’m all for technological shortcuts, and thought this would be preferable to paper timesheets, but nope. It is clunky, has very few operational functions, and is outrageously ineffectual. Be prepared for massive frustrations with this app. Such a bummer that I am required to use it. ### 1/5 — Yikes, first app ever? *2024-04-25, version 4.9.8* Being a software developer myself this app feels like the developer’s first app ever. It’s not intuitive, the UI is not good, no dark mode for those of us who work at night, no obvious ways to delete time card mistakes and poorly optimized experience. Thing we have to do day after day could be streamlined to be much better. I’m sure the dev wants to fix these things but is probably tasked to deal with other things by management. Too bad considering how important this app is to many of us. ### 1/5 — Headaches Galore *2024-04-10, version 4.9.8* this app has caused more headaches and issues than I’ve ever had with any type of timesheet. It locks up, it freezes, it’s inconvenient because you have to log out to go back-and-forth between caregiver and responsible party. And if you want to change some thing after a certain point you have to email and request them to release it instead of just being able to go in and manage it yourself. Also the constant messages on there, like we are criminals with the wording. Constantly warning about fraud as if that’s such a huge problem. The biggest fraud is with healthcare providers. Not your average citizen has given up a lifestyle in order to care for other people or a loved one. I hate this app, I wish they would fix it and make it user-friendly and less condemning of healthcare workers who work at home. ### 1/5 — Not worth one star *2023-12-06, version 4.9.1* Because there are no zero stars, I had to give it one star so I could write this review. By far the worst app I have used in the past 10 years, if I’m being completely transparent. So many bugs— I can’t express how much valuable time is wasted on the fixes to what should be a fairly easy operation. Extremely dissatisfied consumer:-( ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Convenient *2022-04-13, version 4.6.1* This app is easy to download and is very convenient as I can be anywhere and have the ability to approve timesheets. Change can be a scary thing but after using it for a while, it is a timesaver! ### 5/5 — Time saver *2022-04-13, version 4.6.1* Once I got into the app and started to play around with it I was amazed at what it could all do. This saves me so much time when entering in my time that I work. It also allows me to be more self directed in the fact that I can see the live budget numbers too! I don’t have to spend hours writing out paper timesheets as my caregivers can just clock in and out on their own. But my FMS made it easier for me by doing how to PDF’s and walking me through step by step. I have my staff clock in when they get here, clock out when they leave and I just approve them when I have time. ### 5/5 — Way Better than Paper Timesheets *2022-04-09, version 4.6.1* I will be honest, this App was slightly tricky for me at the beginning; however now that I’m in and using it daily it is so much easier than tracking my hours on paper. Simply hit the start shift button and End shift button and sign off approving hours.
