Fun game. Teacher and doctor were pretty easy but I struggled to play the developer role. The annual expenses go way too high 20 years into a developer’s life. If I want to feed that expense I have to keep selling my investments ( which was supposed to sustain my cash flow while keep growing) and the opportunities stop refreshing after 15 years so there’s no way to grow my investments quickly after that. Wish it could be more fun by having more opportunities in time. And the price growth for a car in time absolutely makes no sense.

Игра очень быстро проходится, на уровне программиста всё чуть сложнее лишь только из-за наличия яхты, дома и машины. Оплатил 600 рублей и через 10 минут уже прошел. Если подытожить, то я чуть-чуть жалею, что купил подписку . За 1-2 часа - игру легко пройти на всех уровнях и это расстраивает, чувствую, что чего-то не хватает. Пока 3 звезды.

The game is good with simple features but it’s priced far too high. £12.99 per month subscription is extortionate for what is offered. I would be willing to pay around £5 for full access as a one off payment, but not as a subscription.

При покупке яхты, играя за программиста я не смог ее потом продать, нажимаю на кнопку, а она не реагирует. Проверьте и исправьте.

Не дали нормально поиграть, сразу просят оплатить абонемент на месяц, который тоже невозможно оплатить никакой картой. Все карты перепробовала, пишет что нет такой карты.

This game’s balance is seriously off. Inflation is aggressive and unrealistic, and even with zero debt, your salary can’t cover basic expenses after just a few turns. That’s simply not how real life works. You’re also forced into having kids, and there’s no real control over your spending.

Career options are limited, and the differences between them barely matter—teachers can win, but doctors and programmers are nearly unplayable.

Overall, $15/month is way too high for what this offers. It feels more like a one-time $5 game, at best.

Вначале есть интерес но потом все однообразно.нет новых возможностей, когда появляются больше денег а тут возможностей нет вообще.почему игру нельзя продолжить после миллиона? Когда останавливаются игра на милионе ты останешься с чувством разочарования .мало вазможностей,нет разнообразия

The opportunities stop after 15 years, while expenses keep increasing in a way that doesn’t feel realistic. By the final level, the game basically turns into a gamble on crypto, where you can lose almost everything based on one decision. That takes away from the strategy and financial education the game is supposed to provide. On top of that, the price is too high for the amount of content and replay value it offers.

This supposed game is a true rat race.  Not at all like the board game.  I don’t know how the developers got a license to create this game.

Купил игру за 600р, надеялся что откроются новые инструменты
Автор сам пробовал пройти игру до конца? Каждый год инфляция 10% на расходы, а вот зарплата вообще не растет. После 20-30 игровых лет вообще все деньги уходят на поддержания счастья. Исправьте

Дуже шкода потрачених коштів. Гра не допрацьована, після декількох рівнів можливості не оновлюються, тобто нові не появляються. Після того як набрав 1м$ просто сірий екран і нічого не відбувається ( Дуже мало мрій, тільки авто і будинок( можна було б додати більше.

I looked for a “Rich Dad CashFlow” game for so long, when they finally put this in the App Store I was elated! The app is really great, well thought out.
I’m also really happy with the updates they’ve been making, now adding GOLD!!

The only main issue I keep running into is, I wish the ‘possibilities’ didn’t run out.
I wish every couple/few years, if you had a new CashFlow opportunity to keep that money coming in.
Sometimes the inflation just takes over and there’s no way out but starting all over. Kind of stinks when you just put 50 years in over the span of 1 week lol.

I know most the time it’s operator error… it’d just be nice to see some extra opportunities pop back in or some new ones even? 

This app teaches you a lot, specially if you listen to the “Rich Dad Radio Show”, you can use what Robert and co-hosts talk about as leverage to get ahead, not just in this game.. but life too!

HUGE thanks to the developers and company for putting this simple, but complex game in an app that I can take anywhere (with no internet)

I commute by train daily with spotty internet, so I appreciate this app can be used offline. I play through scenarios, experiment with different investment strategies, and now I actually look forward to my commute.

I've tried talking to my 15 year old daughter about budgeting and investing. Eyes glazed over, but with this app she suddenly was excited about buying assets, calculating cash flow, and escaping the rat race.

This app takes the familiar property-buying mechanic of Monopoly and adds real financial concepts (cash flow, passive income, assets versus liabilities). I've started applying these IRL to track my expenses and look for investment opportunities.

Можно сделать так, что бы изучить результат, а не просто завершить ход. Победа, вы стали за 12 лет. Новая игра. И в идеале, дайте возможность не только посмотреть итоги, но и возможность играть дальше, иначе очень скучно, не стоит своих денег.

Плюс- отличное приложение для поднимания финансов и приоритетов, одним словом я заворожен, не видел таких раньше
Минус- когда начинаю новую игру, по завершению хода я сразу миллионер, приходится переустанавливать.
