I have the same problem I changed my phone and now when I want to open my account they tell me that I can’t open it in two phones and i don’t have the old one

I paid for the cashforex trader service to El Faressi (2800dhs), i opened the account with no problem at first then I had to reboot my phone due to some problem. Et quand j’ai essayer de me reconnecter après, l’application ne me laisse pas ouvrir mon compte. On me dit que je ne peux pas ouvrir mon compte sur deux telephones alors que mon compte n’est ouvert sur aucune appareil. J’ai pas cessé d’envoyer des emails au support et des messages a el faressi. J’etais tres respectable je ne voulais pas en arriver là. Mais sans succes. El faressi me repond sur son instagram me disant qu’ils vont fixer cela mais ça fait 2-3mois déjà et aucun changement. Just beware.
