It never worked since then. However many times you try it, it just says ‘your payment was unsuccessful’. Their service is extremely poor, and the customer support is just as bad. The application itself is unreliable — you can’t successfully complete transactions no matter how many times you try. Payments keep getting declined over and over, and it feels like they never update or improve their system. It is incredibly frustrating when you need to send money for your business, family, or any urgent matter, only to be blocked by a broken app and unhelpful service. Once people start trusting them and using their services, they stop caring about their customers. I used this app a few months ago to send money to my family in Ethiopia—it worked smoothly and was easy to use. But when I tried it again recently, most of the banks had already withdrawn from the platform, and the few that remained didn’t work at all. The app is full of bugs. I’m shocked they haven’t bothered to fix them or release updates.
