These guys are scammers they only scam people especially if you don’t read there inspection report after you have sold the phone because once you read it you will understand what these guys are actually doing they generate a complete different report from the actual condition of the phone is as I also got scammed by these guys as I sold my phone they reduced the price stating that my phone had major dents and major scratches on it but it actual the phone was completely fine and has no such scratches or dents on it except of those which I had not informed them about before generating the request to sell the phone and when the guy came not only reduced the price but also generated the fake report which their support team also acknowledged about and are now just stating that we are inspecting it again and wait for 24 hours but even after waiting for 24 hours they just copied and pasted the response which they had given after I first objected on their report which the pickup person had generated while picking it up

Worst Experience with Cashify

My experience with Cashify was extremely disappointing. I purchased an iPhone from them believing it would be reliable since they claim their phones are properly tested and certified. However, the reality was completely different.

The battery health of the iPhone seemed artificially boosted. Within a short time of using the phone, the battery started draining very quickly, which clearly showed that the battery health shown earlier was not accurate. It felt like the battery details were manipulated to make the phone look better than it actually was.

Apart from the battery issue, some other components of the phone also didn’t seem genuine. The overall performance and quality made me doubt whether all the parts were original or not.

When I tried to claim warranty and contacted their support, the response was very poor. They kept delaying the process and did not provide any proper solution. For a platform that sells refurbished phones at such high prices, this kind of service is unacceptable.

Cashify charges premium prices for refurbished iPhones, but the quality and after-sales support do not justify the cost. My experience suggests that customers should be very careful before buying from them, as the products may not be as genuine or reliable as advertised.

I am writing this review after being scammed by Cashify not once, but twice. If you are considering buying a refurbished phone or selling your old device, turn back now. This company operates on a fraudulent business model designed to fail their customers just after their responsibility ends.
I bought a refurbished iPhone Xs and later an iPhone 14 Pro. In both cases, the phones functioned perfectly until the exact moment the Cashify warranty expired. Immediately following the expiry, both devices began displaying severe internal issues, specifically starting with debilitating display problems, confirming they are selling poorly repaired or intentionally compromised units. This pattern is not a coincidence; it is a clear scam.
Furthermore, their selling process is equally unethical. They will give you an initial quote only to send a representative who degrades the price arbitrarily by spotting "stupid issues" that don't affect the phone's function, forcing you to accept a drastically reduced price.
Do not sell to them if you want a fair price, and absolutely do not buy a refurbished phone from them unless you want a ticking time bomb that fails the day its warranty ends. This is a massive waste of money and time. Cashify is a complete fraud.

I wanted to sell my apple watch series 8, the app calculated the price and everything but when I proceed further it dies not accept my location saying the area is currently, so I chose every possible location that I can within the city it still does jot accept my location, I live in nagpur MH, I searched if there is an offline store online and found a store thinking that I would directly go to the store and verify the device and can drop there, the store persons says they cannot accept that stating they only accept phones, you only have to do it through pickup, he says you should rome around the city and keep looking if any area accepts delivery, when eventually after the pickup the device will come to that particular store because that is the only store in the city and when I personally came why cant they accept it and giving silly reasons, when you cannot offer services property why fool people, I am going ti de the app and never going to use or suggest anyone to use it.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received while trying to sell my laptop through Cashify. On March 17th, I was expecting a pickup, but unfortunately, the agent was unable to complete the transaction due to a technical issue. The agent promised to return the next day, but I didn't receive any call or update. When I contacted the agent, they claimed to be busy and asked me to reschedule the appointment. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. To make matters worse, every time I call the Cashify team to report this issue, I'm forced to speak with the same person, who seems uninterested in resolving my problem. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a seamless experience for  your customer.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with cashify . Firstly they made commitment to collect the phone by themselves at address mentioned . Then they didn’t bother to come at slotted time . Next day i received the message to send phone to their store at nehru shopping complex Amritsar . On reaching the store the conduct of employees of the company was very unprofessional. Initially they quoted amount for purchase of my phone after that they started pointing out the unnecessary faults in my phone . When i argued with staff , they recommended me to pay charges to remove the so called fault in the phone which was never there . From the conduct of the staff I realise the unethical way of harassing and collecting money from innocent people through misrepresenting the information . I recommend all the people of India to never approach this company for buying and selling second hand phone as their business ethics are not in line of their advertisement . Moreover I also ask @ rajkumar rao to give up the sponsorship for this company as it is gaining bad impression of him to the common people . I will never again use this ever in my life .

This is like worst app on the face of the earth. This I am telling after horrible experience I had today. I booked for phone selling pickup today and the person came 4 hrs late than the slot and wasted time. Second thing is that I selected all the exact sarysfying conditions while putting my oneplus nord for selling and price showed was 9500/-. The person came and also checked
and can see phone was in perfect condition like brand new and working perfectly as I used it carefully. After saying all good when have to complete transaction he said there is small red colour can be seen on top edge glass and told me I will get only 7500 now. First of all the so called red colour dot was so minute that you need microscope to check and decreasing 2000 for it was meaningless. These guys are so dumb to know that its not issue, its how curved glass is. My phone looks same as the day I bought it with no issues and they are just trying to take it by giving less money.

I would say, first of all dont give false promises and cheat customers. The estimated price should be something you are willing to give and not just for sake of duping us.

Cashify is tieing up with various shops at various palces without even doing any background checks yestrday i posted ny iphone 11 for selling the so called technician was like an ordinary boy from KHAN ENTERPRISES SECTOR 18 noida technician did not know how to swtch on the iphone did not know how to do checks on my iphone the first word he said tat the it has black boundry which all phones have tats called the screen den he falsely said tat my iphone has scratches n bubbles lastly he was pressing the screen too hard coz of which scren got 2 scratches battery was 79% wch he changed in the application to lower the price but rest all false report he sent to cashify to lower the price of my iphone he did not come in the desired slot 10-2 he came at 4pm wasted my 30 mins in false valuing it cashify doesnt know how poorly the clients are being treated plz dnt install cashify its pathetic it will ruin ur whole day

I have requested to sell my mobile, I have choosed pickup address, according to app it’s serviceable but when agent called me he said no sir company have too many bugs we don’t have a good website till now that’s is the reason it’s showing your area serviceable otherwise it’s not, then I went around 5 km from my location where agent was chilling with his friends then he started servey and in the starting he said sir you will get only 2000 for real me 7 pro I was shocked without checking how could he say so I asked him to start servey then he started and after servey he’s saying yes see it’s showing only 1600, then I cancelled the deal and came back to home after checking the servey form I was shocked again, my phone was totally Woking and without a single dent and not a single issue with phone, but agent marked my phone as camera not working, front camera not working, masure dent, everything nagative he could do he done that to bring down price to 1600, what a rubish company😂😂😂😂😂😂, then I sold my phone on OLX for 9000. Thanks god, be safe and be aware from this kind of fake and selfish company.

They will advertise instant payment but then message you saying it will take 3-5 days to credit for a UPI payment. What a harrowing experience. The whole point of selling my valuable asset was so I can get payment instantly for my other priority expenses as advertised everywhere by Cashify. Because of this I am the one stuck incurring interest charges which Cashify is clearly not going to take any responsibility for. Haven’t received any payment yet and was asked to wait another 24-48 hours. The customer support executive will ask you to wait. That’s the resolution they will offer you.
Rather sell your valuable items on other platforms atleast you control the payment and can avoid the low value Cashify tends to offer for products.
Their “convenience” is more expensive both mentally and financially!!! 
Never using this platform again. ZERO stars!
