CashKaro tracking has not just become unreliable it has become selectively blind. It is a recurring pattern-you make a purchase, the tracking fails, and you are forced to play detective by raising a Missing Cashback ticket. But here is the kicker even with proof, the claims are rejected based on vague, convenient terms and conditions. When a platform consistently fails to track orders that you know you placed correctly, it stops being a bug and starts looking like a way to keep the affiliate commission for themselves without passing it on to the user. CashKaro has transitioned from a rewarding companion to a full-time job of chasing pennies. If a platform requires to fight for every single reward while their competitors handle it seamlessly (lettyshop), it’s time to stop giving my effort and business. ### 1/5 — Finally left this platform in favour of GoPaisa *2023-08-25* I am one of the user of this platform when it was newly launched. Initially it was good and effective. Then years passes, it got bigger and then probably more arrogant towards customer service. So, here is the story of its failure. I noticed that the platform did not track a few clicks specially one involved big purchase amount, and I am 100% I used the referral link after login. Raised ticket and tickets were closed without action. Then I searched for an alternative and found GoPaisa, gave it a try and I found it much better than CK. Recently when cashing out the last penny of my account, somehow I though to give it a try after a long time. It was flipkart big billion sale. Please note that these guys do not offer cash back on flipkart (GoPaisa does); but I saw that they are offering it during big billion sale 2023. So, I made a high value purchase. To my disappointment the sale was not tracked. Raised ticket, the ticket asked to upload invoice, tried that but the app simply throw error in uploading any pdf or image. Raised another ticket regarding it, all useless. These guys will make sure to frustrate you to the point that you stop follow up. So that’s it, cheating cheating and cheating. Most of the time I have to do it manually. And the other problem is it only tracks one order at a time. I’ve been able to earn over 2k in cashback in less than year and I don’t even shop so much. I’m so glad this app exists and the users are able to benefit so much. I would certainly love the addition of being able to manually add certain brands to a personal list so that it’s always within arm’s reach and we can quickly check if brands with no cashback yet has gotten the option to in the future. Also wish the tracking was better and while the tracking time needed is understandable, I do wish it could be completed way sooner.
