I have applied for loan from CashNow, I got issue in auto set payment bank account setup through UAE pass. So many times I email to CashNow help centre Error coming “Something Went Wrong”. No response from CashNow They don’t have calling number for customer support Email reply they give after 4 days required id copies selfie with id When I send id copy and selfie with id Then after 3 days they saying maybe your bank account is wrong check with bank I am using bank account since & years how it could be wrong. I used for CashNow also for 3 years. I have never registered on this app, never provided my details, and never agreed to be a guarantor for any loan. Since then, I have been receiving repeated harassment calls, including threats, from your recovery agents. This is a direct violation of UAE privacy laws and breach of my personal data rights under Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Your failure to verify reference contact details before adding them is gross negligence. I am filing a formal complaint with the UAE Cybercrime authorities and Dubai Police against this harassment and privacy breach. The application and approval process is fast and user-friendly. I had a good experience using this app. I would like to give one suggestion: if the loan tenure could be increased to 12 months or more, it would be much better and more comfortable for customers to repay the loan.
