They have in there own terms of use stating anything bought over face value they have no liability in said situation. The other side of their mouth says selling tickets above face value is a prohibited action. Rather conflicted version of prohibited. Customer service recommended to pass the overpriced purchase to another member. ### 1/5 — Notifications have stopped working *2024-09-06* I no longer get text notifications for my ticket alerts. OCCASIONALLY the email notifs come through, but not even more than half the time it seems. On top of that, the notifs I do get are like 20 min too late. This app has been janky since day one. Just clunky and slow. I could put up with it when it was at least still helping me score tix. But now it’s not even doing that. Before the update you had a fighting chance, as tickets go on sale and you would have to be looking on the app to find them. Now everyone (especially scalpers) get a notification as soon as a seat is posted…. Gone in seconds even with your phone in hand. I have seen tickets sold on COT the same seat on stub hub for double the COT price. The idea might have been a good one in the boardroom but has made it a horrible experience. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2025-03-24, version 4.2.43* I can’t tell you how many I times I had to restart my phone because of this app. The app just froze when clicking on an alert and it was unusable for the 30 minutes prior to a show starting. The friendships that have been built and the support they provide to each other is like no other. This is the only ticketing platform where fans exchange tickets at no profit, embracing the face value mission. Seeing members pass on the very experiences that value so deeply to another fan, fills my heart. Members leave each other reviews and they build their profile.
