I wish you would streamline your process and website and fix the issues with the bf old membership. I paid for it for a couple of years and could never score tickets. Wouldn’t even receive the ticket notifications until 20-100 people had already requested them, even when I checked immediately upon receiving the notification. The gold membership seems like a scam for money and many of my music family and friends agree. Several have stopped using your platform all together. I also don’t understand why the buyer/seller cannot talk once the request is declined. I also still don’t understand why my request was declined when the seller told me we were all good basically. I already have my own personal ticket for this concert but I was hoping to go with my family :( Again support was not super helpful and I think the whole process of messaging needs to be reevaluated. I wish there was a way to send multiple requests and communication on why they were declined if the seller declines them. This entire process really got my hopes up. People say they list them at the price they bought it at, from a secondary ticket market. Even though that’s supposed to be against the policy CoT lets it slide now. They say they enforce if 5+ people report it and there’s no way to report users if the tix sold. Never using this service again. ### 1/5 — Partnership with Ticketmaster Has Ruined It *2026-07-14, version v1.0.45* Choosing to partner with Ticketmaster is the equivalent of the “Stop Eating People’s Faces” movement partnering with Leopard Industries. ### 1/5 — Highly negative seller interaction *2026-05-04, version 1.0.39* where are you I sold the last day of my four day $2000 VIP where are you ticket to a buyer on this app for less than face value once the buyer committed to buying the ticket as I have before it was my understanding that I should make repeated attempts to get in contact them to get the ticket delivered to them And that otherwise I was kind of what the point in the platform having a formalized process for a buyer committing to buy a ticket and a seller confirming that they are going to sell that ticket it’s kind of like a protocol in place to make sure that everybody’s on the same page. Then it means absolutely nothing if a buyer walks away so essentially I’m out nearly $900 for these tickets that I paid over $1000 for. Absolutely no one in the company offered any payment from the buyer who committed to buying the tickets nor any help. They just simply said, " Oh well if I didn’t hear from the buyer within 30 minutes, I would have just sold it to someone else but I had already confirmed with the buyer to sell it to them, and the buyer had already committed to purchasing them so I would never use this platform again no what would I recommend to anyone to use this platform? ### 1/5 — CoT sucks now *2026-04-15, version 1.0.39* Huge fan of not paying above face secondhand not a huge fan of the app since it got changed =/ ### 1/5 — Waste of time and fake excitement!!!
