## What is CashPad?

CashPad is a simple accounting app for shop owners and small businesses. Record sales and purchases and follow what customers and suppliers owe, without the complexity.

Invoices and vouchers in seconds
• Sales and purchase invoices, cash or credit, with 15% VAT
• Receipt and payment vouchers linked to invoices automatically
• Print or share invoices as PDF or image, or send them on WhatsApp

Smart and quick
• Say the invoice out loud and CashPad fills it in
• Photograph a supplier invoice; items, prices and total are read on your device
• Paste a bank transfer SMS to fill a receipt voucher with amount, sender and reference
• Repeat an invoice in one tap for regular customers

Stay on top of debts
• A running account and shareable statement for every customer and supplier
• Credit limit per customer with a warning when it is exceeded
• Alerts for due and overdue invoices, and WhatsApp payment reminders
• A payment-behavior rating for each customer

Privacy first
• Your data stays on your device: no account, no sign-in
• The financial summary lives in a vault that opens only with Face ID
• Amounts are hidden in lists until you choose to show them
• Turn the phone face down and amounts disappear instantly

Also
• A recycle bin keeps deleted items for 30 days
• A warning before saving an accidental duplicate invoice
• Arabic, English and Persian, dark mode, iPhone and iPad
